Kindness Care Living was founded by Randeep Gill, RN, after more than a decade of caring for seniors through home health nursing. Along the way, Randeep saw firsthand what families were really looking for — not just a facility, but a home. A place where seniors could receive professional, attentive care while still living with dignity, comfort, and connection to the people around them.
Together with Jasbir Dhami, an experienced business owner and operator, Randeep built Kindness Care Living around that vision: a small, family-style residential care home where every resident is known by name, not by room number.
Nestled among the almond orchards of Meridian, our home offers a peaceful country setting that feels worlds away from a typical care facility — because that's exactly the point.
